Prime Foundations 6-Week Program (Phase 1)

Designed to help you build a better foundation in strength, mobility and aerobic fitness. This is no ordinary program. Enjoy a mix of strength training, bodybuilding and functional fitness that progresses week-to-week.

This is a 12-week program consisting of 5-6 training days per week, with 1 recovery day. Designed for intermediate fitness levels.

Program will be provided via PDF, which you’ll be able to keep for life!
